During the CC process, all the remedial actions provided by the TSOs are already considered by the CCC in the calculation.

Dear Market Participants,

Following the approval by the relevant NRAs and further to our previous notification regarding the Serbian borders, the following documents have been updated on our website:

• “HAR 2026 for non-EU borders” and its Border Specific Annexesfor the bidding zone borders:
  • Hungary-Serbia (amendment with effective date 1st January 2026)
  • Romania-Serbia (amendment with effective date 1st January 2026)

• “Rules for Explicit Daily Capacity Allocation on Bidding Zone border serviced by JAO”with Border Specific Annexes for the bidding zone borders:
  • Hungary-Serbia (amending the previous standalone HU-RS daily allocation rules with effective date 2^nd February 2026)

The amended allocation rules for the border HR-RS are still pending approval. We will inform you as soon as the approval is received.
