This issue has been identified as being related to OpenDNS categorising JAO domains as suspicious, which can result in JAO email IP addresses and domains being blocked or filtered by local email service providers.
To ensure uninterrupted receipt of JAO communications, we kindly request that you contact your IT or email service provider and whitelist JAO’s sending IP addresses and domain with immediate effect.
Failure to apply this whitelisting may lead to delays in receiving important communications, including invoices, which could impact timely settlement.
