Further to our previous communication regarding the North Sea Link long-term auctions, we are pleased to inform you that the NSL Access Rules and Charging Methodology, including the NSL Long Term Allocation Rules, have now been approved by the relevant National Regulatory Authority and published in the relevant section of our website.

The rules are effective as of their publication date, 13 August 2026, and shall apply to Capacity Allocation for Long Term Transmission Rights for delivery periods from October 2026 onwards.

As previously communicated, the first monthly auctions for the North Sea Link Interconnector are scheduled to open on 17 September 2026.
