JAO informs on behalf of the TSOs, that a public consultation on the “Allocation Rules for Forward Capacity Allocation on Swiss Borders” has been launched.

The allocation Rules will apply for the borders Switzerland – Austria, Switzerland – France, Switzerland – Germany and Switzerland – Italy.

Following the consultation of the “Harmonised Allocation Rules for long-term Transmission Rights” that have been consulted by ENTSO-E in January 2017, the concerned NRAs for the Swiss borders have advised the TSOs to write separate Auction Rules for the Swiss borders. TSOs have accordingly drafted the “Allocation Rules for Forward Capacity Allocation on Swiss Borders”.

All interested parties are invited to submit comments by 21/07/2017 12:00 PM CET to: har.feedback@jao.eu
